Delivery policy

Paydens Pharmacy delivery service options: -

  • Paydens Pharmacy will only deliver goods to the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland.


  • A delivery charge of 2.95 on all orders. This includes packaging, postal insurance and the postage costs.


  • There is no delivery charge for NHS prescription items.


  • The delivery charge for Private prescription orders will be 2.95.


  • All items are dispatched using Royal Mail delivery service. Allow 5 working days from dispatch to delivery. Delivery of these items requires a signature to receive delivery. You do have the option of selecting an alternative delivery address if more convenient for you.


  • Re-despatch of any returned orders may incur an additional delivery charge.

Overseas delivery

We regret but we do not offer an International delivery service.

Damaged Items
Once you have received delivery please inspect the package for any sign of damage. In the event of the goods arriving damaged, please e-mail us at: contact@paydenspharmacy.co.uk. In order for us to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible please contact us within three working days of receiving your delivery and include the following information:

  • a full description of the damage that has occurred;
  • your name;
  • your order number;
  • your full contact details.

Missing items
If you open your package and find that some items are missing please thoroughly check the packaging. If you are certain that an item is missing then please e-mail us at contact@paydenspharmacy.co.uk. In order for us to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible please contact us within three working days of receiving your delivery and include the following information:

  • a full description of the missing item;
  • your name;
  • your order number;
  • your full contact details.

Wrong items supplied
If we have sent you an incorrect item please return the item to us in the same condition as it was sent. Please e-mail us at contact@paydenspharmacy.co.uk within two working days of receiving your delivery and provide full details of:

  • the missing item;
  • your name;
  • order number;
  • contact details.

Order cancellation
If you decide within 8 days commencing the day after you receive your goods, that you no longer require your order, please contact us for a return authorisation code. The item or items are only eligible for return if it is returned to us in the same condition in which it was delivered. Please note that certain items including medicines, cosmetics and foodstuffs cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. In order for us to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible please email us at contact@paydenspharmacy.co.uk with the following information:

  • return authorisation code;
  • your name;
  • your order number;
  • your full contact details.

Please note that we will not refund delivery charges.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
