Step 2: Get a price quote If you already have a prescription you can see the prices of our most popular lines online by clicking here. As our price quote will include details of your medication, please ensure that access to your email account is restricted. Step 3: Fill in a Patient Registration Form This form requests all the information we need to process your prescription. You can download and print a blank form if you already have Acrobat Reader on your computer. If not, you can download this software for free. Click here to download the Patient Registration Form. Step 4: Send us your prescription If you are paying by cheque make it payable to Paydens Limited, write your name and address on the back and enclose it in your envelope with your private prescription and your Patient Registration Form and send it to: PaydensPharmacy.co.uk 38 Cheriton High Street, Cheriton, Folkestone CT19 4ET Step 5: Delivery to your Home or Office We aim to send you your medicine within 1 working day of receiving your order. We send your medicine by 1st class Recorded Delivery and e-mail you on the day of despatch. Delivery is normally the following day (except Sunday).
